      SiteBackup Advanced Communication Logging

      Advance logging for agents can be enabled for SiteBackup by adding the following registry key values. Once the registry key values have been added, SiteBackup will log any interaction with the specified agents, as a result, this can negatively affect SiteBackup's performance.

      This registry key should only be implemented under the direction of Macrium Support. The registry key should be removed once the relevant logs have been collected.

      1. Run 'regedit'.
      2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macrium\Site Manager.
      3. Add a string (REG_SZ) value and rename the string to 'AgentsToLog'.
      4. Set the value of the string to a semicolon (;) separated list of the NetBIOS names of the computers that will have the advanced logging, e.g. 'NETBIOS1;NETBIOS2;NETBIOS3'.
      5. Add a DWORD value and rename it DWORD to 'LogLevel'.
      6. Set the value of the DWORD to '3'.
      7. Restart the 'Macrium Remote Management Service'.
